Products
As a Chinese material handling equipment supplier with over 6 years of experience, we provide a wide selection of material handling products to customers internationally. Our products fall into 6 main categories and are available in over 200 varieties. Within the stacker section we have a wide range of manual stackers, electric stackers, and counter balance stackers. Under the forklift section, we supply electric reach trucks, and electric forklifts. In the aerial work platform section, we have products such as aerial order pickers, electric Scissor Lift, and boom lifts. Our pallet truck section contains hand pallet trucks and electric pallet trucks. Our lift table section has scissor lift tables and electric lift tables. Tow tractors and electric carts are provided in the industrial vehicle section. In addition to these standard products, we at United Material are able to design a custom product for your specific application.

We also cooperate with the Haulotte Group, which is the largest aerial work platform manufacturer in Europe. Therefore, we can utilize the advanced technology from Haulotte to produce high quality aerial work platforms. In order to improve our quality control, and to be more competitive, we have implemented a strict quality management system. Consequently, our products have received the ISO9001 certificate and have passed the CE certificate, SGS certificate, and fully meet Euro EN standards, which can satisfy the demands of our European customers.

Customer Service
We at United Material believe that superior customer service is vital to our success. In order to better serve our customers, we have established a specialized customer service center. We provide hotline support service through our CRM system, which allows our highly experienced engineers to effectively and quickly solve any customer's problem. To ensure smooth performance, we provide a one year warranty and a lifetime of maintenance service. If any difficulty occurs within one year, we offer free spare parts (except wearing parts). With a full inventory of spare parts, we can deliver common parts within three days.

We are located in Qingdao High-tech Industrial Park, 25 KM away from Qingdao Liuting International Airport. Qingdao also is the home of one of China's largest seaports. This excellent location allows us to transport our high-quality material handling equipment to you at reduced costs.
